EVERSAGE LAW PRACTICE is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience.

This Privacy Notice applies to the Eversage Law Practice (“Eversage LP”) site and governs data collection and usage as prescribed by the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation 2019. By using the Eversage LP site, you consent to the data practices described in this Notice.

 

Who We Are

Eversage LP is the sole operator of this site and the services described therein. The data controller solely responsible for the processing of all data obtained through this site is Eversage LP. 

Data Protection Principles

In accordance with Part 2 of the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation 2019, the governing principles, so adhered to by Eversage LP, and applicable to the collection and processing of personal data are described below:

  • All personal data must be collected and processed in accordance with specific, legitimate, and lawful purposes consented to by the Data Subject.
  • Any further processing, not requiring consent, must be limited to archiving, scientific research, historical research, or statistical purposes for public interest.
  • Such data, so obtained for legitimate reasons or with the consent of the Data Subject, must not be transferred to a third party.
  • All data collected and processed must be adequate, accurate, and without prejudice to the dignity of a human person.
  • All data must be stored only for the period within which it is reasonably needed.
  • All data must be secured against all foreseeable hazards and breaches.
  • There is a duty of care owed to the Data Subject in the collection, possession, and processing of the Personal Data of the Data Subject.
  • All who are entrusted with the Personal Data of the Data Subject shall be accountable for such acts and/or omissions in respect of data processing and in accordance with all other principles contained in the relevant Data Protection Regulation.

Collection of your Personal Information

Eversage LP collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address, or telephone number. Eversage LP also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, preferences, interests, and favourites.

We collect this information:

  • When you access our website
  • When you create an account on our Virtual Law Firm (“VFL”) platform
  • From details provided by you through our enquiries page

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Eversage LP. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used by Eversage LP for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Eversage LP site.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Eversage LP public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: Eversage LP does not read any of your private online communications.

Eversage LP encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Eversage LP so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. Eversage LP is not responsible for the privacy statements, or other content on websites outside of the Eversage LP website.

Consent to Data Collection and Processing

No personal data will be collected or processed by Eversage LP without the consent of you, the Data subject. By accessing and using this website and/or the Virtual Law Firm (“VFL”) platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data. Use of your Personal Information

Eversage LP collects and uses your personal information to operate the Eversage LP website and VFL platform to deliver services requested by you. Eversage LP also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Eversage LP. Eversage LP may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Eversage LP does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Eversage LP may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, Eversage LP may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you emails or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Eversage LP or the site;

Eversage LP secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit/debit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Changes to this Privacy Notice

Eversage LP will occasionally update this Privacy Notice to reflect the Firm’s and client feedback or such other changes in the applicable laws and regulations. Eversage LP encourages you to periodically review this Notice to be informed of how Eversage LP is protecting your information.

5. Who Has Access To Your Data
If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself. If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:
  • Our system administrators.
  • Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.
6. Third Party Access to Your Data
We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us. Please see below:
Envato Pty Ltd
For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for this theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. Ticksy
Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. How Long We Retain Your Data For
When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation. If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
8. Security Measures
We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization. In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
9. Your Data Rights
General Rights
If you have a registered account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any of the personal data we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In short, we cannot erase data that is vital to you being an active customer (i.e. basic account information like an email address). If you wish that all of your data is erased, we will no longer be able to offer any support or other product-related services to you.
GDPR Rights
Your privacy is critically important to us. Going forward with the GDPR we aim to support the GDPR standard. AncoraThemes permits residents of the European Union to use its Service. 11. Release of Your Data for Legal Purposes

The government offers an accelerated application process which reduces the processing period to 60 days or less, making St Kitts the fastest programme in the Caribbean.
Grenada is a beautiful country of lush, tropical forests, stunning waterfalls and gorgeous sandy beaches. While it has much to offer residents, the Grenadian Citizenship-by-Investment Programme doesn't require you to live in or visit the country to apply. The Citizenship Programme requires a USD 150,000 donation or a USD 220,000 property purchase. Applications are processed in under six months. Siblings of the main applicant or of his/her spouse, who are not married and do not have children, may be included as a dependent of the main applicant. Children up to the age of 30 may be included in the application without the need to be enrolled in full time education. Parents over 55 may also be covered in the application and they are not required to be financially dependent on the main applicant. Grenada is a member of Caricom and the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States, as well as being a member of the Commonwealth. Citizens of Grenada don’t pay foreign income, wealth or inheritance taxes on their worldwide wealth, and also enjoy visa free travel to 142 countries including China – the only Caribbean country with such access.
